Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
decorcurate ships to addresses within the United States only at this stage. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
Total time from order to delivery: approximately 4–7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Pieces must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Reach us via our contact page with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. In those cases, decorcurate covers all return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund is processed within 1 business day. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after that.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees. The only cost a buyer covers on a standard return is the return shipping.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — if your order has not yet been dispatched. Reach out via our contact page within the 1–2 business day handling window and we will make the change or cancel for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our 30-day return policy.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a dispatch notification with tracking once your order ships.
Products & Care
Where do your pieces come from?
decorcurate sources from independent artisan workshops. We curate pieces in three collections — Organic Wood Sculptures, Light Blooms (stained glass florals), and Luminous Woodland Gems (stained glass suncatchers) — selected for the way they hold a room.
Are pieces unique?
Because pieces come from artisan workshops, slight variations in grain, finish, color, and form occur between individual items. Two pieces of the same product will look closely related but not identical.
How should I care for wood pieces?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and exposure to water. For deeper cleaning, a barely damp cloth followed by immediate drying is enough. Do not use chemical cleaners or polishes unless the product page specifies otherwise.
How should I care for stained glass pieces?
Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For dust, a dry microfiber cloth works best. For smudges, a slightly damp cloth — never spray cleaner directly onto the piece. Avoid hanging in areas of high condensation, such as bathrooms.
