1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, our standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that estimated delivery dates are subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item that does not meet your expectations.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 1 business day. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Product Representations

At Decorcurate, we strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that as many of our items are crafted with organic materials (wood, glass), slight variations in texture, color, and grain are natural characteristics of the artisan process and should not be considered defects.
