1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Once you place your order, our team requires 1 to 2 business days to prepare, inspect, and securely package your items. This processing time ensures that your sculptures and decor pieces are handled with the utmost care before they are handed over to the carrier.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Transit Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We believe in transparency, so all applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

5. Delivery Issues & Support

Please provide your order number and, if the item arrived damaged, clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. Decorcurate is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
