We want every piece you order from decorcurate to feel right in your home. If something doesn't, we make returns straightforward.
This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States. decorcurate is operated by Lamplod LLC, a Delaware-registered company. For questions, please use our contact page .
Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window.
How to Start a Return
- Reach out via our contact page with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior arrangement may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The item was sent in error (wrong product or quantity)
In these cases, decorcurate covers all return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We cannot guarantee the receipt of items that arrive without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page . Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the damage or defect
- Photographs of the item and, where possible, the packaging
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund is processed within 1 business day. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your card issuer or bank, the refunded funds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Restocking Fees
decorcurate does not charge restocking fees on standard returns. The only cost a buyer covers on a non-damaged return is the return shipping.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched (within the 1–2 business day handling window). Contact us via our contact page and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our standard 30-day return policy.
Sale and Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are returnable under the same 30-day policy unless explicitly marked as "final sale" on the product page.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked "final sale" on the product page
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages
decorcurate is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please first contact the carrier directly. If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, contact us and we will assist.
